This Legal Notice (“Notice”) governs the use of Third Base’s platform [https://www.thirdbase.co] or any associated service (“Platform” / “Website”) and establishes the terms and conditions binding upon users (“User”). By accessing, browsing, or using any services on the Platform, the User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of use of the Platform. These provisions are in addition to and in aid of the terms and conditions of use of the Platform.

1. Thirdbase Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, sells sexual wellness products and provides information on sexual wellbeing and health through its Platform. User actions on the Platform signify acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions and any other rules or policies on the Platform.

2. Users confirm legal competence and represent they are at least 21 years of age  to access the Platform. Use of the Platform implies representation and warranty of legal competence.

3. Third Base has the authority to terminate accounts for contravention of terms or discontinuation of services. User information is handled as per Third Base’s Privacy Policy even after termination.

4. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform. Restrictions on downloading, reselling, or reverse-engineering are in place.

10. Third Base reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Third Base may revise these terms at any time, and continued use by the User implies acceptance.

11. Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and export control regulations.

12. Users may contact Third Base for inquiries related to individual rights and personal information.

13. Any products or services made available to the User on or via other websites through the Platform are subject to additional terms and conditions, as available upon accessing the respective websites.

14. The contents on the Platform and ay associated website is for general information purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice tailored to your individual circumstances and needs.

15. Third Base does not guarantee the availability of any product or service on the Platform or any associated website at the User’s desired location and time.

16. The Platform may provide links to other websites for the User’s convenience, but Third Base does not control these third-party websites and is not responsible for their contents.

17. Third Base is not party to any transaction or contract between the User and a third party. Third Base is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the User’s use of those websites.
